Jason Belmarsh

Jason R. Belmarsh, a longtime resident of Hull, passed away suddenly on Monday, December 11, 2023.  He was 46.

He was born in Albany, NY to Susan M. and Robert S. Belmarsh.  The family moved to Hull when Jason was a toddler. Jason grew up in Hull and spent most of his life there.  He graduated from Hull High School in 1995 where he played hockey. Shortly after high school, Jason began working as a mason.  He mostly worked for himself and was in the industry for over 26 years. He took great pride in his work.

In his spare time, Jason loved spending time with his son, Blaise, and his many nieces and nephews.  He had a great group of friends, but family always came first. His greatest joy came from time spent with family. He enjoyed football, whether it was playing it in the backyard with Blaise or watching on tv.

Jason was hard working and had a good heart.  He was always there to help others and the first to reach his hand out if somebody needed it.  He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Devoted father of Blaise Belmarsh of Hull.  Cherished son of Susan M. and Robert S. Belmarsh.  Loving brother to Jared Belmarsh and his wife Anna of Santa Rosa Beach, FL, Steve Belmarsh and his wife Amy of Plymouth, Mark Belmarsh of Hull and Brian Belmarsh and his wife Caitlin of Hanover.  Also survived by Susan Hanna of Hull and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. As well as Bliss’s uncle Rob Scully.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Wednesday, December 20^th, from 4-8 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. Funeral service will be celebrated on Thursday, December 21^st, at 10:15 AM in Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, Hingham. Burial in Hull Village Cemetery, Hull.
