Janet Ann Connolly

Connolly, Janet Ann (Trumbull) of Weymouth, died October 14, 2022, surrounded and cared for by her family.

Janet’s life revolved around her loving family.  Her husband, children and grandchildren were her greatest joys as well as the many dogs she cared for over the years.  She acquired friends easily and made a point to check in on family and friends who were sick or needed a great listener.  Her e-mail check-ins were famous for always including one of her many jokes.  She will be remembered for her sense of humor, selfless nature, outspokenness, and kindness towards all. 

Beloved wife of Bernard Connolly of Weymouth.  Cherished daughter of the late Marion Thomson.  Loving mother of Steven Connolly and his wife Stacey of Weymouth, and Kristin Herrick and her husband Robert of Weymouth.  Sister of the late Al and Robert Trumbull.  Nana to Mason, McKenna, Cori, and Sammy. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Wednesday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Thursday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Francis Xavier Church, Weymouth at 10 AM.  Burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Weymouth.
