Richter, Jane F. (Foss-Colley) of Hull, formerly of Scituate, November 16, 2002. Loving mother of Pamela J. Colley of Hull, Robin M. Anderson of Chico, CA and Kim L. McDonough of Hull. Sister of Martha Kennedy of Arcadia, CA and the late David Foss. Also survived by 6 grandchildren. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM Wednesday at 8:45 AM. Funeral Service in St. Nicholas United Methodist Church, Hull at 10 AM. Visitation prior to the Service. Burial at a later date in Harpswell, ME. Mrs. Richter was originally from Scituate. She worked for Early Intervention, 1st program for disabled children, in Weymouth for 9 years and retired in 1991.Donations in memory of Mrs. Richter may be made to Wellspring Multi Service Center, 814 Nantasket Ave., Hull, MA 02045.
