James “Wally” Kemp

Kemp, James “Wally” of Quincy August 17, 2007. Father of Dana W. Kemp of Braintree. Brother of Mabel K. London of Quincy. Grandfather of Justin, Derek and Alycia. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Wednesday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Holy Trinity Parish in Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Quincy at 10 AM. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-7 PM. Burial in Mt. Wollaston Cemetery, Quincy. Wally was a lifelong resident of Quincy. He worked as an administrator for Delta Airlines and retired in 1987. A veteran of WWII, Wally served in the U.S. Navy and was a life member of the DAV, Chapter 79, Cavanaugh Post. He was also an avid sailor and power boat enthusiast.
