James T. “Jimmy” Gallagher

James “Jimmy” Thomas Gallagher of Weymouth, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on July 20, 2023. He was 52 years old.

Born in Dorchester, he was the son of the late Paula McDonald of Weymouth, who proceeded him in death two days before. He was also preceded in death by his wife Tara Mannion-Gallagher. Son of Richard Gallagher of Florida.

Loving father of Cullen and Hannah Gallagher of Quincy. Loving brother of Rachel Gallagher of Weymouth; the late Richard and Maureen Gallagher and Jeanie Kelly. Also will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends, and loved very much by his girlfriend Kristin Hayes.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to a Mass of Christian Burial for James at St. John the Baptist Church, 44 School St. Quincy MA, 02169 on Monday, July 31st at 11:00 AM.
