James Salvucci

Salvucci, James G. of Quincy, died October 11, 2024. 

Jim had a long career in academia. He was a professor of business management at Boston College, Boston University, and Curry College, where he was also the Assistant Dean and head of the business management department. Jim was an avid skier, reader and enjoyed cooking and a single malt scotch. He loved traveling and would spend summers at the family camp in New Hampshire and traveling throughout New England. He loved classical music and he and his wife Jan were 30 year season ticket members of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Jim was a very good conversationalist and was warm, generous, and intelligent.  

Beloved husband of Janice Salvucci. Loving cousin of Barry Salvucci and his wife Cathy and their son Michael Salvucci. Close friend of Joseph Daly and his wife Peggy. Brother of the late Anne Salvucci.
