James P. Ketchum

James P. Ketchum of Hull, died November 20, 2015. Beloved husband of the late Barbara (Brown) Desmond Ketchum. Stepfather of Donald Desmond and his wife Gail of Hull and Barbara A. Currul and Claude of Georgia.  James is predeceased by his 2 brothers Ernest and Richard Ketchum and his sister Sarah Oaks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A longtime Hull resident, James was a proud W.W.II Army veteran serving in France, Germany and the Philippines. He was a member of Local #4 Heavy Equipment Operators Union.  He enjoyed golfing, gardening and loved living by the ocean.   Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral service in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM  on Tuesday at 11 AM in Pyne Keohane Funeral Home.

Visitation will be prior to the service on Tuesday morning from 10 -11am. 

Burial in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Hingham.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
