James M. Perkins

James M. Perkins of Quincy, died May 14, 2019 at home surrounded by his family, after a courageous battle with cancer.  The beloved husband of 28 years to Patricia ( Lemon)  Perkins of Quincy. Father of James M. Perkins, Jr. of Quincy, Karen Perkins of Malden and the late Brian Marese. Stepfather of Teresa Walsh and her husband Richard Daniels of Quincy, Christopher Walsh and his wife Cindy of Weymouth and Luanne Laramee and her husband Mark of Plympton . Brother of George Perkins of Rockland, Barbara Archibald of Weymouth and Mary Hines of Abington and the late Earl Perkins, John Perkins , Raymond Perkins, Robert Perkins,  Roger Perkins, Doris Yellowchuck, Patricia Bovare, and Virginia Ray.  Jim is also survived by 4 grandchildren.

Jim loved to walk Nantasket Beach with his beloved wife Pat. He will be remembered as a devoted husband, father and grandfather who cherished his family. He will be sadly missed.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the  Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Weymouth Landing on Wednesday May 22, 2019 at 10:30 AM.
