McNulty, James J. “Mac” of Quincy, formerly of Roxbury, March 9, 2008. Beloved husband of Edna J. “Jean” (Scott) McNulty of Quincy. Loving father of Kathleen Nantel and her husband Marc, Karen McNulty, Jean Larson and her husband Bill; all of Weymouth, Diane Peterson and her husband Glenn of Braintree, James McNulty and his partner Raife Menold of Truro, Joseph McNulty and his wife Julie of Milton, Mark McNulty and his wife Carol of Weymouth and Michelle Klier and her husband Sean of Weymouth. Also survived by 11 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and his dog, “Gonzo”. Mac loved his large family. He worked two jobs in order to support them. Mr. McNulty was a plumber for the MA State House and a stationary boiler engineer for the City of Boston Courthouse. Mac was proficient and took great pride in his work. He was a veteran of WWII serving in the U.S. Navy. Mr. McNulty was handsome, kind, generous, quick witted, selfless and had a wonderful sense of humor. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral service in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY, Thursday at 11 AM. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8 PM. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mr. McNulty may be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 220 North Main St., Suite 104, Natick, MA 01760.
