James J. Callahan

James J. Callahan of Quincy, died June 20, 2015. The beloved husband of 45 years to  Luz (Mayorga) Callahan of Quincy. Loving father of  Sandra Callahan Merrick and her husband Brian Merrick of Quincy, Patrick J. Callahan and his fiancee Kalindi Doshi of NY, NY and Drisco Leyva of Fall River. Grandfather of Michael Callahan Merrick. James is predeceased by two brothers and two sisters and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Thursday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Quincy at 10 AM.

Burial in MA National Cemetery, Bourne.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of James may be made to Home For Little Wanders, 780 American Legion Highway, Roslindale, MA.
