James H. Veneau

James (“Jim”) H. Veneau (81) of Quincy passed away on Sunday, April 1.

Beloved husband of Barbara J. (Dudley) Veneau;  brother of the late Muriel, Simon, John, Eleanor, and Walter; loving father of Cheryl L. Wood and James C. Veneau and stepchildren, James McMahon, Virginia Colarusso, and Robert McMahon.  Devoted Grandpa of Nicole, Danny, Angela, Allison, Elise, Aimee, Brian, Alena, Dennis, Andrew, and great-grandfather to Evelyn, Claire, Anna, Gillian and Robbie.

Jim and Barbara traveled to many beautiful and exciting destinations around the world.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A funeral home service will be celebrated on Friday at 11:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the ASPCA, PO Box 96929, Washington, DC 20090-6929in memory of Jim Veneau.
