McNamara, James G. of Quincy, November 7, 2005. Beloved husband of Elizabeth F. (Bowie), loving father of James of Quincy, Thomas J. and his wife Mary of Weymouth, Joseph P. and his wife Lucy of Westwood, Ann F. and her husband Gary Muise of Sharon, Patricia M. McNamara of Quincy and Elizabeth M. and her husband Paul McDonald of Norwood. Devoted grandfather to 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St. WOLLASTON Saturday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Wollaston at 10 AM. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 PM. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy. After retiring from the Postal service Mr. McNamara worked for the Quincy School Dept. in maintenance for 15 years. James served in the Army during WW II and saw duty in India, Burma and China. He was a member of the VFW, DAV and American Legion.
