James F. “Sully” Sullivan Iii

Sullivan, James F. “Sully”, III of Squantum and Montclair, July 6, 2009. Friend and mother of his three children Jonna Green of Quincy. Devoted father of Corinne, Mark and Stephen Sullivan all of Quincy. Loving brother of Richard Sullivan and his wife Janet of NH, Robert Sullivan and his wife Christine of Marshfield, Laurie and her husband Len Palmer of Scituate, Tara Sullivan of Scituate and Gregory Sullivan of CA. Cherished uncle of 12 nieces and nephews. Sully was a lifelong resident of Quincy. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corp during the Vietnam Conflict. He currently worked as a Networking Project Manager for EDS and prior to that for Bank Boston and Bank of America. He was a member of the American Legion Robert I Nickerson Post No 382. James loved golf, softball and sailing. His family describes him as being an amazing dad, supportive friend and having a great sense of humor. He will be sadly missed. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Life Celebration Service in Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY, Saturday at 8:15 AM. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, N. Quincy at 9:00 AM. Visiting hours Friday 4- 8 PM. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester. Donations in memory of James may be made to the Sullivan Children Education Fund, c/o Citizens Bank, 371 Hancock St., N. Quincy, MA 02171 or the American Diabetes Assn., 330 Congress St., Boston, MA 02210-1216.
