James F. “Jimmy” Manning

Manning, James F. “Jimmy” of Squantum, formerly of S. Boston, March 6, 2008. Beloved husband of Deborah A. (McCarthy) of Squantum. Loving father of Jamie Marie Manning of Squantum. Cherished son of Josephine “Jo” (Winters) of Quincy and the late Harold Manning. Brother of Judy Cahill of AK, Ginny Brooks of S. Boston, Skip of Quincy, Joey of S. Boston, Dennis of Weymouth, Kenny of Quincy, Steven of Braintree and Tommy of Dorchester. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Jimmy enjoyed spending time with his family and was most proud of his daughter. He worked for 27 years at DB&S Lumber in Norwell as a general manager. Jimmy was very social, had a great sense of humor and was always ready to lend a helping hand. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY, Tuesday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, N. Quincy at 10 AM.
