James A. Finn, Jr.

Finn, James A., Jr. of Quincy May 12, 2006. Son of the late Connie and Jim Finn. Beloved husband of Nancy Pastore-Finn of Quincy. Devoted father of Kimberly Finn of Dorchester, James A. Finn, III, Katlyne Finn, Vincent Pastore, and Anthony Pastore all of Quincy. Cherished grandfather of Kevin, Anthony, and Joshua. Loving brother of Rena and her husband Ernie Peredetto of FL, Carol and her husband Eric Robertson of Quincy, Connie and her husband Freddie Peacott of Hanover, Gloria Glynn of Rockland, John Finn and his wife Linda of Dorchester, and the late Mickey and Karl Weidemann. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Wednesday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Wollaston at 10:00 AM. Visiting hours Tuesday 4- 8 PM. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy. Donations in memory of Jim may be made to Old Colony Hospice, 1 Credit Union Way, Randolph, MA 02368. Jim was the Commodore of the Dorchester Yacht Club for 4 years and a member since 1963. He also served on the Board of Directors . Jim was a member of the William R. Caddy Marine Corps League and the Elks, both in Quincy. He was an avid fisherman, loved boating and the ocean. He was a great dancer, enjoyed music and bowling. In his youth, Jim played football at English High in Boston.
