Thornton, Jacqueline C. (Kenney), 43 years old, suddenly, of Greenfield, formerly of Weymouth and Quincy August 15, 2006. Loving daughter of Warren Kenney, Sr. of Quincy and the late Julia (King) Kenney. Devoted mother of Damien W. Thornton, Annar L. Thornton, Valerie N. Thornton, Kyle J. Thornton, and Zachary J. Thornton all of Weymouth. Cherished grandmother of Lilly A. Thornton. Former wife of Leif A. Thornton of Weymouth. Loving sister of Warren Kenney, Jr., Christine Norton, Judy Downey all of Quincy, and Charles Kenney of Scituate. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Monday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, N. Quincy at 10:00 AM. Visiting hours Sunday 3 – 7 PM. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jacqueline Thornton may be made to the Pioneer Valley Humane Society, PO Box 786, Greenfield, MA 01302. Jackie collected “artists collections” of novelty plates. She was involved with arts and crafts including needlepoint. She loved animals and enjoyed long walks with the dog. Jackie also loved to dance. She was most proud of her children.
