Jack R. Rector

Rector, Jack R. of Quincy, at the age of 75 after a long illness on November 16, 2005. The beloved husband of 51 years of Margaret “Peg” (Welch) Rector of Quincy. Loving father of Robert Rector and his wife Marie of Braintree, Gregory K. Rector of Quincy and Master Sgt. Sharon M., United States Air Force, Ret. of San Antonio, TX. Brother of William Rector and Fay Story both of North Carolina. Jack is predeceased by 4 sisters and 2 brothers. Loving grandfather of Nicole and Courtney. Jack was an avid Red Sox fan and he was a wonderful cook. Mr. Rector worked as a laborer for Local 223 for 20 years Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St. , WOLLASTON Monday at 10 AM. Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church at 11 AM. Visiting hours Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy. Donations in memory of Mr. Rector may be made to St. Marys’ Church, 95 Crescent St. West Quincy, 02169. Friend of Bill W. Korean War Veteran, US Army.
