Jack A. Murray of Weymouth passed away suddenly at the age of 12 with his loving mother, father, brother, cousin and uncle by his side. Born on May 23, 2012, he is the adored son of Paul and Crystal and the loving and best "big bro bro" to Finley Murray of Weymouth. Jack is the most magical little boy and was on his way to becoming a truly exceptional man. His positivity and laughter are infectious. He is a loving and patient person who always sees the best in people. Jack is compassionate, empathetic and gives the best hugs. Jack is the greatest child a parent could ask for and we are all better people for having known him. He is the cherished grandson of Edith (Mamie) and Charles (Papa) Bernier, and Helena (Gramma) and John (Bampy) Murray. Jack is also a dear nephew to Rhiannon Bernier and Matthew McPhee, Gregg Murray and Jordan Noble, Claire and Gerald Kohn, Tracy and Mark Mitchell, Joan Marie Allen and Lynn Young. His cousins whom Jack loves so much are Alex, Ollie, London, Lily, and Fiya Bernier, Amber and Ian Norwood, Autumn Taylor, Alysia and Jayden Walker, Ayden Young and Allison, Anderson, Audrey, and Alexander Mitchell. The brightest shining lights in life never shine long enough and Jack was that bright light for so many. Despite his short life he did more in twelve years than most do in a lifetime. He was an artist and musician who loved to draw, paint, build, invent, play trombone and drums in the Chapman Middle School Band with his friend Yuta Hardi. He was an entrepreneur who started an eBay store to sell thrift store finds. He sold cookies to local restaurants and sold and drew caricatures for the neighborhood with his friend Sam Young. He even created a clothing brand, shirt designs and built an online store all by himself (until he needed a credit card to accept payments.) Jack has a passion for everything in life, he is a soccer player, assistant coach for Finn's team and referee in Weymouth Youth Soccer. He was on the Chapman Wrestling team, loved basketball, paddle boarding with his mother, swimming, boating with his father, and movies at the Cameo with friends. Jack loved his family, friends and neighbors (told them that regularly) and he knew how much he was loved back. Jack's absence will leave a hole in the hearts of everyone who knew him and the entire Weymouth community. We ask that everyone take inspiration from the way Jack lived his short life and apply that to your own lives. We love you Jack always and forever! Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Sunday January 5, 2025 from 11AM - 3PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off Route 3A - Bicknell Square). See www.Keohane.com for directions and online condolences. In lieu of flowers we ask that you please donate to the Maria Chapman Middle School Band at https://gofund.me/590645ad.
