Jack Mcsweeney

John Hugh “Jack” McSweeney of Taunton, died August 27, 2021 at the age of 36.

Jack was known for his great sense of humor and always being the life of the party. He was proud to serve alongside his fellow Marine Corps brothers during the war in Iraq. Family and friends will remember him for his kindness, willingness to help others and his intelligence. He was a hard working provider and loved his family.

He was the beloved husband of Barbara (Cameron) McSweeney. Devoted father of Charlotte Rose McSweeney and stepfather of Willow Cameron. Loving son of Susan McSweeney and stepson of Stephen Duffy, both of Weymouth. Loving son of Thomas McSweeney of TX.  Loving brother of Jaime Alicea and her husband Domingo of Weymouth. Proud uncle of Nadia Alicea and John Hugh Alicea. Cherished grandson of Marjorie Watson of Falmouth and Edith McSweeney of TX. Son in law of Cynthia Sheehy and her husband Eoin. Nephew of John McSweeney.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Friday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home EAST WEYMOUTH at 3 Charles Street (corner of Charles & Middle Street). Funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday at 11 AM in the funeral home. Cremation will follow.
