Isabelle L. Gould

Gould, Isabelle L. (White), 99, of Hull, died surrounded by family January 26, 2016. 

Isabelle was born and raised in Hull, where she met and married George Gould and raised three daughters. Together they ran Gould’s Boat Shop and Marina for many years. She adored her family and loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She especially enjoyed attending their sporting events and school activities. Isabelle’s Catholic faith was an essential part of her life. She enjoyed reading, knitting, trips to Foxwoods, and traveling. She spent many winters in Florida. Isabelle was known and loved for her wit, humor and sense of style. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. 

Beloved wife of the late George Gould. Loving mother of Patricia Frazier and her husband Fred of Hull, Christine Craig and her husband Harry of West Yarmouth, and the late Georgine Mitchell. Cherished Nana and Nana-Nana to 10 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by 6 siblings, her granddaughter Michelle LaRosa, and her great-great-granddaughter Laila Grace. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday 2-4 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9 AM on Monday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Parish at St. Ann’s Church, Hull at 10:30 AM. Burial in Hull Village Cemetery, Hull.
