Miller, Irene M. (Bessette) of Quincy, May 12, 2002. Wife of Edwin F. Sr. of Holbrook formerly of Quincy, mother of Jean Desrosiers-Miller and her husband Edgar of Braintree, Edwin F. and his wife Joyce of Hingham, Stephen M. of Braintree and the late William A. David and Carol A. Picolli. Also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON Thursday at 8 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Wollaston at 9 AM. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8 PM. Interment in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy. Irene was owner of Irene’s Snack Bar in Wollaston and a waitress at the Side Car and Club Car Restaurants in Boston. She volunteered for Meals on Wheels , Quincy and was active for many years in the North Quincy High School basketball boosters club.Donations in memory of Mrs. Miller may be made to the Alzheimers Support Group of the South Shore, P.O.
