Ione Margaret Siehr

Siehr, Ione M. (Lauer) of Hingham, March 13, 2004. Mrs. Siehr is predeceased by her husband, Philip W. Siehr and her infant daughter Carol. Loving Mother of Merry Jo Bauer of Ithaca, NY, Kathleen I. Kirkpatrick of Medford and Margaret Taylor of Hingham .Sister of Doris Morrison and James Lauer both of WI. Mrs. Siehr is predecesed by 2 sisters and 2 brothers. Loving and devoted Grandmother to her 15 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren. She was a friend to all who knew her.Ione graduated from Messmer High School in Milwaukee, she then furthered her education at Southern Connecticut State in New Haven – where she earned a B.S in Library Science as well as a B.S. in English. She also attended Boston University for attentional schooling. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM Wednesday at 10 :30AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Paul’s Church, Hingham at 11:30 AM. Visiting hours Tuesday 3-5 PM. Interment in Milford Cemetery, CT at a later date .
