Cusato, Hugh J. Sr. of Quincy, May 28, 2003. Beloved husband of Christine (Faretra) Cusato. Loving father of Hugh J Cusato Jr and his wife Joan of Mansfield, Brother of Fred Cusato and his wife Carol of West Bloomfield, MI, Richard Cusato and his wife Irene of Advance,NC and Eleanor Ward of Braintree. Loving grandfather of Michael Cusato. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home 785 Hancock St. , WOLLASTON Saturday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Wollaston at 10 AM. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 PM. Burial in Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton. Mr Cusato was a graduate of Boston Trade School. He entered the Army during WW II and served in the European Theater in a tank division. He was involved in the Normandy break through and the battle of the bulge. He is also the recipient of the Purple Heart. Mr Cusato then worked for the Postal Service after the war. He has been an avids sports fan, holding season tickets to the bruins games and followed the Red Sox. He was also a member of the Postal Worker’s union.
