Hilda G. Galvin

Galvin, Hilda G. (Bensliman) of North Quincy, January 16, 2004. Beloved wife of the late John J. Galvin. Loving mother of Mary Ellen Neagle of Scituate and the late John J. Galvin, Jr. Sister of the late Emily Ordway. Loving grandmother of Jill Caffrey of Scituate, Judy Caron of Cohasset, Jay Neagle of Scituate, John Galvin of Whitman and Ellen McNair of AL. Also survived by 15 great grandchildren. Hilda was a French Teacher for several years and was a graduate of the Boston Teachers College. She enjoyed ballroom dancing and won numerous dancing competitions. Hilda was also active in the Quincy Community Theatre. Up until last week ago she read an average of seven books per week.Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Memorial Mass in St. Mary of the Nativity Church, Scituate Monday at 11 AM.
