Henry J. Hart

Hart, Henry J. of Rockland, passed away January 8, 2012 at the age of 83. Henry was a graduate of Boston College, Class of ’52. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He worked as a Human Resources Manager for Executone, Inc. in NY for many years. He relocated to Boston where he worked as the Executive Assistant to the Suffolk County Registrar of Deeds until his retirement. Henry was an active member of the Dorchester Yacht Club and enjoyed boating, photography, traveling, collecting coins and spending time with his family. Loving father of Dennis P. Hart of Osterville, Kathleen A. DiFabio and husband Michael of Hingham, James H. Hart and girlfriend Deborah Corcoran of Wakefield, Anne J. Creed and husband Jeff of Duxbury, and Christopher W. Cooley and wife Michelle of Marstons Mills. Dear Friend and former husband of Jean D. Cooley. Brother of the late John P. Hart. Devoted “Papa” of Nicholas W., Jillian H., Matthew R. and the late Anthony J. Rocco; and Jessica A. and Daniel E. Creed. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Friday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Paul’s Church, Hingham 10 AM. Burial in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Hingham. Donations in Henry’s memory may be made to Pine Street Inn or Catholic Charities of Boston.
