Helen Ziniti

Helen Ziniti, age 77, of Weymouth passed away peacefully on April 19, 2025 after a long illness. Born in Boston on January 5, 1948, Helen later settled in North Weymouth, where she built a loving home and raised her family. She was the proud mother of the 12 Ziniti kids - a role she embraced with fierce devotion, humor, and grace. Known to all as “Nana,” Helen was a doting grandmother and great-grandmother whose legacy will live on through the generations she touched. Helen was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joseph Ziniti. She is survived by her children, a sister, two brothers, and a large extended family who will miss her deeply. Her warm smile, sharp wit, and bright blue eyes brought comfort and laughter to everyone lucky enough to know her. In accordance with Helen’s wishes, there will be no formal services. In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to raise a glass and toast her memory with a shot of Baileys Irish Cream—her favorite. All services shall be private.
