Helen L. Laskowski

Laskowski, Helen L. (Rozanski) of Quincy, 95, passed away on October 17, 2015 surrounded by her loving family.

Born in the West End of Boston, Helen loved and was proud of her Polish heritage and traditions. A long time member of the Krakowiak Polish Dancers and Folk Singers, she sang, danced, and traveled with the group, joining her daughter, son, sister and nephews. Helen was known for her smile, and loved traveling, camping, and visiting new places with her husband and family. Her strongest love in life was her family and spending time with them, especially her grandsons.

Beloved wife of 57 years to the late Dominic Laskowski.  Loving mother of Regina Laskowski and her husband John Peyton of Arlington, Andrew Laskowski of Quincy and Richard Laskowski and his wife Debra of Weymouth. Devoted Babcie of Derek, Erik and Nicholas Laskowski.  Loving sister of Lucy Mackiewicz and her husband Carl of Braintree. Aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 8:30 AM Friday prior to the Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Czestochowa, South Boston at 10 AM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
