Sullivan, Helen K. (Keaney) of Squantum April 23, 2008. Beloved wife of the late James F. “Fred” Sullivan, Jr. Devoted mother of James F. Sullivan of Quincy, Richard Sullivan & wife Janet of Windham, NH, Robert W. Sullivan & wife Christine of Marshfield, Laurie D. & husband Len Palmer, Tara A. Sullivan, all of Scituate, and Gregory P. Sullivan of San Diego, CA. Loving “Grammy” of Corinne, Mark & Stephen; Shawna, Lauren, Cara & Abby; Darcy, Danny & Molly; Taylor Anne, Brandon & Bryan. Great “Grammy” of Mabel. Sister of the late Katherine Tighe, Frances Larson and Edward Keaney. Special aunt to Billy, Paul, Karen, Tommy & many other loving nieces & nephews. Helen was a highly regarded publications supervisor for Banker & Tradesman in Boston for 15 years, retiring in 1996. Family, community and church were the central focus of her life. She was proud of her beloved homestead on Sonoma Road in Squantum and loved the neighborhood. A longtime parishioner of Star of the Sea Church in Squantum, Helen was a member of their Discussion Club and Women’s Club. Most of all, she devoted her life to her family. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St. QUINCY, Monday at 8 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Wollaston at 9 AM. Visiting hours Sunday 3-7 PM. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester. Donations in Helen’s memory may be made to the Alzheimers Association, MA Chapter, 311 Arsenal St., Watertown, MA 02472.
