Trottier, Helen J. (McGrath) of Quincy, died on Wednesday, May 12, 2010 , she was 98 years old. Wife of the late Bernard A. Trottier. Loving mother of Chet A. Stoughton of Foxboro, Kenneth Stoughton of Blackstone, Alma Riccardilli of Melrose, Beverly Simmons of Kensington , NH, Alan Trottier of Randolph, Donna Bunnell of East Wareham, Stephen Trottier of Rochester, NH and the late Eddie Sprague. Sister of the late John McGrath. Helen is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. Helen was born in Boston and spent many years of her life in Roxbury. She moved to Quincy back in 1981. Helen enjoyed reading and baking. She was a fan of the Boston Braves and then later the Red Sox. Helen also enjoyed hockey both college and NHL. She will be remembered as a devoted mother who dedicated her life to her family, she will be sadly missed by all those who were blessed to have known her. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours Sunday 2-6pm in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock Street, QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 8:15AM on Monday, prior to the Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church at 9:00 AM. Burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury.
