Helen Andrews

Andrews, Helen C. (Wells) a longtime Hingham resident, died on Friday September 16, 2011 surround by the family she loved. The beloved wife of the late Thomas H. Andrews. Loving mother of Kathleen Carroll and her husband James and Patricia Meigs and her husband Gary all of Maryland. Sister of Ruth Gula of Delaware and Grayce Fieravante of NY. Cherished grandmother of Gary, Ginger and Erik Meigs and Lisa Carroll. In years past, Helen worked at Twin City Cleaners as well as Nichols Donut Shop. She enjoyed gardening, shopping at yard sales and camping, but the true essence of her life was her family. She cherished her time with all of them. Helen will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 4-7 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday at 11 AM. Burial in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Helen may be made to American Heart Association, 20 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
