Helen A. Brady

Brady, Helen A. (Glynn) of Braintree, died July 25, 2017.

Wife of the late Thomas F. Brady, Jr.  Loving mother of Thomas F. Brady, III and his wife Ivy of Quincy, Dennis Brady and his wife Phyllis of Carlsbad, CA and the late Patricia Brady. Cherished Grandma of Dennis Brady and his wife Ryndi, Matthew Brady and Andrew Brady all of CA.   Devoted sister of the late Dennis Glynn and Patricia Tausevich.  Caring sister-in-law of Ed Tausevich of Braintree.  Loving aunt of Marilyn Gammon of East Bridgewater, Joanne Harrington of NH and many other nieces and nephews.

Helen grew up in Roxbury, graduating from Roxbury Memorial High School.  She worked at Mrs. Wolfe Preschool in Braintree where she inspired and nurtured children’s growth.  Helen was a member of the Red Hat Society for many years and was also on a bowling league at Olindy’s in Quincy where she gained many lasting friendships.  She and Tom enjoyed traveling on cruises and taking trips to California. Helen’s main passion in life was caring for her family and spending time with those she loved.  She will be sadly missed but never forgotten.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 8:30 – 9:30 AM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital) prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Clare’s Church, Braintree at 10 AM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.  In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Helen may be made to Cancer Center at MA General Hospital, Development Office, Boston, MA 02114.
