Gloria Marie “Tantillo” Moisan, of Edgewater, FL, a beloved figure in many lives, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on August 18, 2023 at the age of 92.

Gloria was born October 5, 1930 in Quincy Ma. to the late Joseph and Lorna (Walton) Tantillo.

She married George “Ray” Moisan on September 4, 1950.  Happily married for 46 years until his early death in 1996, they were lifetime partners. Gloria and Ray chose to raise their family in Hull Mass and spent their retirement in Edgewater Florida. She found great joy in her role as the loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Her children and their families were her pride and joy.

She is survived by her six children: Yvonne Brown, Eugene Moisan, Gregory Moisan (& Jill Desimone), Cindy (& Randall) Dunn, Marianne (& Rob) Frazer and Deborah (& David) Tancredi as well as her 11 grandchildren:  Vanessa (& Charlie) Bellone, Marianne (& Jason) Richardson, Dan (and Maria) Moisan, Stephanie (& Ryan) Phillips, Colleen (& Vaheh) Hartoonian, Amanda Frazer ( & Joe Espinoza), Robbie Frazer, Alexander Tancredi, Sofia (& Lukas) Bielskis Tancredi, Anna Tancredi, and Jacob Moisan.

She is preceded in death by her beloved granddaughter Melinda Brown, and her brothers James Tantillo, Willard Tantillo, Joseph Tantillo, and Donald Tantillo and sisters Frances Benson, Lorna Marks and Barbara Stevens.

Gloria graduated from Quincy High School, and Burroughs Business School later joining Avon Products as a sales representative and finished her Avon career as a district sales manager.

She had an innate ability to bring the best out in people. She made people feel welcome, valued and loved, and her beautiful smile and vivacious spirit brightened every room she entered.

Gloria’s legacy lives on through the memories she created, the lives she touched, and the love she sowed. Her graceful presence, compassionate heart, and joyful spirit will continue to inspire and uplift those who carry her memory in their hearts.

To allow for the entire family to gather, the Memorial Mass will take place at Saint Ann’s church (Saint Mary’s of the Assumption Parish), 204 Samoset Ave  Hull Ma October 23, 2023 at 11:00 AM.
