Glen Paul Goodwin

Glen Paul Goodwin, 56 of Quincy, Massachusetts passed away after a long battle with prostate cancer on Sunday October 6, 2019 at the Care Dimensions Hospice House in Lincoln, Massachusetts.

Glen was born June 1, 1963 in Stoneham, Massachusetts.  He was the son of the late Barbara Ann (Coviello) Goodwin, and Gene Paul Goodwin.  He was the Grandson of the late Mary and Augustine “Gus” Coviello, and Paul and Wanda Goodwin.

Glen is survived by his partner of 23 years Pedro Gonzalez, of Quincy, MA and his sister Lori Goodwin and two nephews of Delphos, Ohio.  Glen will be greatly missed by many relatives and close friends.

Glen worked as the Engineering Manager at BCM Control Corporation of Woburn, MA where he was loved by his many co-workers, and was a true inspiration throughout his career at BCM and during his recent illness.

Glen enjoyed the outdoors, and taking trips on his boat to Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, as well as in and around Boston Harbor and especially to the Boston Lighthouse.  Most of all, Glen enjoyed spending time on “G Dock” with Pedro and many friends.

In keeping with Glen’s wishes, he will be buried at sea.
