Gertrude Ryan

Ryan, Gertrude (Keyes) of Weymouth, died November 26, 2013 after a long and full life. After being born, raised, and educated in Dorchester, Gertrude later settled in Weymouth.

She worked many years as a waitress all over the south shore, most recently at Stella’s in E. Milton. Gertrude loved playing cards on Saturday night with her cousins, puzzles, and playing bingo wherever she could find a game.

Gertrude is survived by her three children Anne Bleheen and her husband Michael of Weymouth, Joseph Travers of CA, Laurie Buchanan and her husband Daniel of Weymouth, and was predeceased by her son Robert Travers. Loving sister to the Late Bobby and Eddie Keyes. Also survived by 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home EAST WEYMOUTH at 3 Charles Street (corner of Charles & Middle Street) at 10AM for a funeral service.
