Gertrude R. Frechette

Frechette, Gertrude R. (Lussier) of Clearwater, died August 5, 2016. Gert was born in Woonsocket, RI, later moving to Quincy in 1942. A Quincy Schools secretary for 10 years, Gert later retired to Clearwater, FL in 1997. Gert was a member of the Wollaston Garden Club for many years and her family was the cornerstone of her life. 

Beloved wife of the late Joseph L. Frechette. Daughter of the late Donat and Delia Lussier Cherished mother of Daniel Frechette and his wife Elaine of Saranac Lake, NY, Roger Frechette and his wife Cathy of Wollaston, Ann Marie Maleszyk and her husband Robert of Wilmington, Larry Frechette and his wife Margaret of Dunbarton, NH.   and Denise King and her husband William of Foxboro, A Treasured nana to 15 and great nana to 28. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Wednesday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Ann’s Church, Quincy at 10 AM. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.
