Gertrude Iris Green

Green, Gertrude “Iris” (Roche)  of Melrose formerly of Quincy, died November 28, 2013.

The beloved wife of the late Philip J. Green. Loving sister of Ruth Brown of Melrose. Iris was a graduate of Mission High School. She worked for Liberty Mutual for many years before her retirement. Iris will be sadly missed by all those who had the pleasure to have known her.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 3-7 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Wednesday prior to the Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church,  North Quincy at 10 AM. Burial in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, West Roxbury.
