Geraldine M. Finn

Geraldine M. (Carey) Finn of Pembroke, formerly of Weymouth and South Boston, died peacefully at home after a long illness on February 27, 2017 at the age of 86.

Gerry worked at South Shore Hospital for 10 years. She enjoyed traveling and was a member of the DS Club along with her lifelong friends from South Boston. Gerry devoted her life to her family and she cherished every moment with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Beloved wife of 64 years to James V. Finn of Pembroke. Loving mother of James Finn of Abington, Kevin Finn, Gregg Finn, both of S. Weymouth, Geraldine Finn of Pembroke, Anna Moore of S. Weymouth, Carol Rone of Derry, NH, Eileen McGee, Jacqueline Finn, Patricia Comeau, all of Weymouth, and Nancy Mohan of Whitman. Also survived by 14 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 3-7 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 8:45 AM on Saturday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Francis Xavier Church, Weymouth at 9:30 AM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree. Donations in memory of Gerry may be made to the Alzheimers Assn., MA Chapter, 480 Pleasant St., Watertown, MA 02472.
