Gerald P. Marquis

Marquis, Gerald P. “Jerry” of Quincy, died October 3, 2016.  

Jerry adored his family, especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed gardening, woodworking, and being outdoors. Camping, hiking, and biking were some of his favorite activities. He retired from T-Mobile after 20+ years as a project manager. Jerry was a kind, caring and social man who was very active and organized. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. 

Beloved husband of June Marquis of Quincy. Loving father of Joel Marquis and his wife Bridget of West Roxbury and Justin Marquis of New York City. Cherished grandpa of Vienne and Weston Marquis. Brother of Carol and the late Roger Marquis. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9 AM on Friday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Ann’s Church, Quincy at 10 AM. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jerry may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284-9168.
