Georgina Galiano

Galiano, Georgina (Cardwell) of Weymouth, died October 22, 2013. 

Georgina was born and grew up in Ipswich, England, before traveling to the United Sates at the age of eighteen.  She was very devoted to her heritage and later became a member of the South Shore Mayflower English Club. Georgina and her husband were life long member of the Wessagussett Yacht Club. She enjoyed spending time with her family and those she loved.

Beloved wife of Gereld Galiano of Weymouth. Loving mother of Mark Galiano and his wife Rhonda of Hanson, Diane Galiano of Weymouth, Jennifer Riley and her husband Frank of Braintree and the late Christopher Galiano.  Caring sister of Leo Levitt of England and the late George Cardwell. Sister in law of Patricia Duncan of Weymouth. Proud Nana of 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital)  Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9:30 AM Friday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Jerome Church, Weymouth at 10:30 AM. Burial in Fairmount Cemetery, Weymouth.
