Georgiana Fleming

Fleming, Georgiana (Corson) of Quincy, formerly of Weymouth, died January 30, 2018. She was 68.

Georgie’s kind and compassionate nature led her to have a successful career as a CNA, caring for the elderly. In addition she worked at Lord & Taylor. She enjoyed gardening and especially loved her roses. Georgie also loved sitting by the lake at her family home in Dennis. She will be remembered for her strong personality and devotion to her family.

Beloved wife of John J. Fleming, Jr. of Quincy. Devoted mother of Lori Young of NH and Rachael Fleming of Quincy. Cherished grandmother and honorary mother to Michael Fleming of Quincy. Loving sister of Gerrilyn Edgren and her husband Dave of Braintree, Joan Solimini of Hanover and the late Jean Crook. Sister-in-law of Dennis Fleming and his wife Barbara of Weymouth. Also survived by nephews David, Michael and Jordan.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Tuesday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. John’s Church, Quincy at 10 AM. Burial in MA National Cemetery, Bourne.
