George J. Robichau

Robichau, George J. of Quincy, October 3, 2007. Beloved husband of the late Barbara (Germain) Robichau. Father of James P. Robichau of Quincy and Janice M. Robichau of Brewster. Brother of the late Dorothy Salvatore and Jean Sabella. Mr. Robichau, a longtime resident of Quincy and a Bentley College graduate, retired from New England Telephone in 1982 after 30 years, he was an accounting manager. He served in the United States Army Air Corp. from 1942 until 1945, and was a POW. Re-enlisting in the United States Army Airforce, he served an additional 29 years in the reserves as a master sergeant. As an ex-POW, he was a proud member of infamous Stalag 17B association in Washington,DC. Active at his church, George was a eucharistic minister at St. Ann’s Church in Wollaston. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Tuesday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Wollaston at 10:00 AM. Visiting hours Monday 4-8 PM. Burial in St Mary’s Cemetery, Randolph. Donations in memory of George may be made to The Latham Centers Inc, P.O. Box 1879, Brewster, MA 02631 or any charity of your choice.
