Burgess, George F., Sr. of Hingham, passed away with his family by his side on May 28, 2003. Beloved husband of 52 years of Anne (Love) Burgess. Loving father of George F. Burgess, Jr. of Byfield, John Burgess of Wells, ME, Christopher Burgess of Pembroke, Frederick Burgess of Hingham, Gregory Burgess of Carver, Deborah Murphy of Kingston, Elizabeth Berenz of Hanover, Marjorie Troia of Colchester, VT, and the late Robert Burgess. Also survived by 17 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. There will be no visiting hours and funeral arrangements are private.
