Gail Tarr

Gail Tarr, of Weymouth, died peacefully on June 16, 2020 after a long courageous battle with cancer. She was happiest when spending time with friends and family. She enjoyed playing cards and had a special place in her heart for her cat Kitaya. 

Beloved mother of Amanda Curtis of NV. Cherished daughter of the late Bill and Connie Tarr. Loving sister of Bob Tarr of CA, Billy Tarr of Weymouth and Terri Tarr of Quincy. Also survived by two generations of nieces and nephews and many dear friends. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral Mass of Remembrance on Friday at 10:30 AM in St. Jeromes Church, Weymouth. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Gail may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284. 

Normally, the funeral is an opportunity for the community to gather in support of one another. Although we cannot gather together with Gail family at this time, friends may still offer their support by sharing a special memory or message by clicking the link above.
