Sullivan, Frederick P. “Pal” of Quincy, formerly of South Boston, October 12, 2005. Beloved husband of 56 years to Claire (Griffin) Sullivan. Brother of Louise C. Harrington of Duxbury, Eleanor Fennessey, Francis “Skippy” Sullivan, both of South Boston, the late William C., Mae Barnes, Blanch M. Whitfield, Marguerite O. Carey, and Patricia A. Sanville. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON Friday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, N. Quincy at 10 AM. Visiting hours Thursday 2-8 PM. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester. “Pal” was a member of the Castle Island Association in South Boston and the VFW Fitzgerald Post. He proudly served in the Navy during WWII as an aviation machinist stationed in Hawaii. For 42 years, he worked for New England Telephone/NYNEX, retiring as a manager in the COET Department in 1986.
