Donovan, Frederick H. of The Villages, FL, formerly of Somerville, and Quincy August 21, 2006. Loving husband of Mary G.(Grossi)Donovan and the late Gail(Crowley). Father of Michael and his wife Amy and Frederick, Jr. all of Quincy. Stepfather of Ronald & Michael Grossi of Medford. Brother of Paul Donovan of Somerville, John Donovan of Arlington and the late Marguerite Griffin & Mary Ellen Walker. Also survived by 3 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the North Quincy Keohane Funeral Home, 333 Hancock St., North Quincy Friday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, North Quincy at 10 AM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree. For many years Mr. Donovan made rosaries and gave them to his family and friends. He loved the meat business and was happiest when he could pass along his knowledge. Mr.Donovan was most proud of being a Marine.
