Frederick D. Byrnes Jr.

Byrnes, Frederick D., Jr. of Wrentham, formerly of Norwell and Dorchester, passed away January 22, 2013.

Fred was a member of Road to Responsibility. He had a zest for life and enjoyed bowling and fishing. He also participated in the Special Olympics.

He was the son of the late Frederick and Catherine Byrnes. Brother of the late Jeanne M. Higgins. He is survived by his brother in law Richard J. Higgins, nephew Richard C. Higgins, great niece and nephew Molly and Liam Higgins, all of Weymouth and cousin David Riley of Portsmouth, RI.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 5-7 PM in the McDonald Funeral Home EAST WEYMOUTH at 3 Charles Street (corner of Charles & Middle Street). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9 :15 AM on Saturday prior to the Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, Weymouth at 10 AM. Burial in Fairmount Cemetery, Weymouth.
