Francis “Frank” Mccann

McCann, Francis Paul “Frank” of Weymouth and Hull, died August 10, 2016.  

Frank loved his family, friends, and his boat. He also enjoyed watching sports, especially the Patriots. He served in the Army Reserves and was generous and kind to all. Frank will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. 

Beloved husband of 41 years to Paula Girouard McCann of Weymouth. Cherished brother of William McCann of South Boston, Mary O’Brien and her late husband Dr. Edward of South Easton, Paul McCann and his wife Patricia of Hull, Kathleen Neal and her husband General Richard Neal of Washington, D.C., Rita White and her husband Paul of Hull, and the late Nancy, Leo, Sister Helen (CSJ), Joseph, and Michael. Also survived by 30 nieces and nephews, 6 God children, and several grand nieces and nephews. Son of the late William and Anna McCann. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off Route 3A – Bicknell Square). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9:30 AM on Tuesday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Jerome Church, Weymouth at 10:30 AM. A private burial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Frank may be made to American Diabetes Assoc., 10 Speen St., 2nd Floor, Framingham, MA 01701.
