Sibella, Francis “Frankie” B. of Quincy, suddenly on May 5, 2007. Son of the late Giacomo & Giovanna Sibella. Loving brother of Angela Becker of Boston, Bernard “Jackie” Sibella of Hull, Joan O’Connor of Quincy, Geraldine “Gerry” Sullivan of Hingham, Martin “Marty” Sibella of Las Veags and the late Mary Sibella. Frankie is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Friday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Chapel, N. Quincy at 10 AM. Visiting hours Thursday 3- 7 PM. Burial in Saint Michael’s Cemetery, Boston. Donations in memory of Frankie may be made to Cardinal Cushing Centers 405 Washington St. Hanover, MA 02339 Francis “Frankie” B. Sibella ” A Special, Gentle Man” Francis “Frankie” Sibella was a true child of God and a special , gentle man. His center of religion was the Sacred Heart Church in North Quincy. For most of his life Frankie lived with and was loving cared for by his beloved late sister Mary Sibella,who died in November 2006. Throughout his years of work and retirement, Mary saw that Frankie lived comfortably and well. She planned birthday parties and other events for him. and saw that he was an important part of family get – togethers. When Mary died last fall, Frankie moved in with his sister Joan, who took good care of his comfort and health in his final months. Prior to his retirement, Frankie worked 30 years for the Seymour Ice Cream Company in Dorchester, he retired back in 1991. Frankie was a valuable employee. He thoroughly enjoyed his work and received honors for his attendance and punctuality. Frankie had many interests including, sports, bowling, horse racing at Suffolk Downs, games and loved walking the neighborhood. He was a big Red Sox fan. Frankie enjoyed reading newspapers and discussing items of interest. Highlights of Frankies life include family visits to Boston by his “Las Vegas” brother Marty and his family. “Uncle Frankie” was especially fond of his late beloved nephew Mike and vice versa. In addition to his sister Joan, sisters Angela & Geri and brother Jackie were deeply devoted to Frankie. We love you, Frankie and we will miss you.
