Smedile, Francis B. “Chickie” of Quincy, formerly of Pepperell, January 19, 2004. Beloved husband of Judy (Wells) Smedile. Loving father of Francis Smedile of Stoughton, Karen & her husband Paul Spitz of Hanover, Kenneth Smedile of Foxboro and Derek Smedile of Quincy. Devoted and loving “Grandpa” of Jonathan, Rachel, Stephanie & MacKenzie. Brother of Vincent Smedile of Canton, Mary Blaney, Claire Sullivan, Paul Smedile, all of Easton and Robert Smedile of Stoughton. Wonderful uncle to many nieces & nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON Friday at 8:15 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Wollaston at 9 AM. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8 PM. Burial in MA National Cemetery, Bourne at 11:15 AM. Mr. Smedile lived in Quincy for 6 years. Before that, he lived in Pepperell. He worked as an auto salesman for many years. Most recently, he worked for New Pearl Street Motors in Braintree.
