Frances M. (Clark) Vucci

Vucci, Frances M. “Fran” (Clark) of Weymouth, passed away surrounded by her loving family on January 2, 2024. She was 77.

Born in Providence, RI, she was the daughter of the late Frank N. Clark, Jr. and Idalene E. (Walker) Clark.

Fran was a loving, caring, and giving person. She would sacrifice anything and everything to make those around her happy. Fran was a longtime employee of TJ Maxx Norwell and in her spare time enjoyed reading a good book, firework displays, camping, car shows and was lovingly known as the Queen of Scrabble. She enjoyed family roadtrips to York Beach in Maine, the White Mountains in New Hampshire and Vermont.  Fran adored anything artsy, whether it be art museums, painting, or musicals. More than anything, her family meant the world to her. Fran was a strong and resilient woman and will be missed by all who knew her.

Cherished wife to the late Michael Vucci. Loving mother to David Vucci of RI, Russell Vucci and his wife Amy of CO, Jennifer Richardson and her husband Jonathan of Weymouth, Michael Vucci of RI, Mary McCoy and her partner John Viaes of Quincy, and the late Barbara Mary Ellen Vucci. Step-mother to Julie Vucci of CA, Tracy Hartley of OR, Michael Dubois of NV, and Darlene Dubois of FL. Sister of Barbara Murphy and her husband James of Duxbury, Mary Ste. Croix and her husband Brian of Marshfield, and Ellen DeLuca and her partner Kevin Shea of Scituate. Half sister to Cheryl Kudlacik, Debbie Clark, and Frank Clark III, all of RI. Also survived by 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews, and her dog Beebe.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Saturday 1:00 – 4:00 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home EAST WEYMOUTH at 3 Charles Street (corner of Charles & Middle Street).
